Chapter 01
Long shen opened his eyes to the rising sun. He had been cultivating and training his body since he was 2 year old. Now He could clearly see his difference from the others kids at his age from the village. At the Age of one year he was deemed not to able to cultivate due to his injury to his profound vein that occurred during his families tragic past. But due to his family heirloom the Ancient ring, which was called the Beyonders ring. It gave him the ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE.
From this ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE he was able cultivate. His profound vein which was injured got was now regained its vigor and it was a thousand times better than previous profound vein. At first it was very difficult to cultivate the ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE. Due his hardworking nature and his eternal hope to be the strongest cultivator in world so as to bring his family name to glory. He carried on with the rigorous training day and night from year one. Due to his perseverance he finally succeeded in learning ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE.
But it was not the end from there his path became even more difficult. But he never gave up. Because of it after 6 years of training the he opened up the 1st level of ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE.
There are 3 levels in ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE
1st level - The One who integrates the worldly power in him -- He will be 10x more powerful than the cultivator at the same level as him.
2st level - The One who integrates himself to the worldly powers -- He will be 100x more powerful than the cultivator at the same level as him. .
3st level - The One who slays all the god around him-- He will be 1000x more powerful than the cultivator at the same level as him.
After Mastering the Level 1 ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE, he could not understand what level 2 was. He came to an understanding that as long he reach a certain level and attain enlightenment then he'll able to under the Level 2 ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE.
Till then he needs to continue in the profound way and level up in the profound way. He could start cultivating in profound way when he is awakened in the 'Awakening Ceremony' for the childrens of age 6 years.
The ceremony was held in the village head house. Even though Long shen was not awakened in the ceremony. He could defeat a cultivator of Mid Mortal Realm with ease. This surprised him. He wanted to know how powerful he would become if he was awakened. He was excited for this day.
It was held next month. The Long family was surprised by their heir and his hardwork and tenacity. All this years they had lost hope, but Long shen had proved them wrong again and again by his hard work and relentless suffering. When his parents saw how hard he suffered to get stronger their heart bled. But as a miracle to them he gained his profound vein and was healthy again. They were even more eager for the awakening ceremony.
Long shen didn't reveal about the ring even to his family. He knew that if they come to know about it. They'll be in danger. So He practiced ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE in secret. He knew one thing in his heart that the 'Beyonder Ring' was not from this world and who ever knew abut it would be in danger. so he decided to keep it a secret from everyone. and carry the secret to his grave.
After finishing his morning training and body exercise he was heading home. Along the way a group of boys who were around his age and few older boys were surrounding a girl and teasing her. She cried for help no one came. Long shen who was returning from the mountain saw this and ran that way.
Hua niao was daughter of the village head. She was always confined to the house to train. But the awakening ceremony was coming fast so the Village head family was busy. So she decided to sneak outside for fun. On the way she met Huli Yi , He was the son Huli Yang, who in opposition of her father, Hua Gong. She tried to avoid him and she ended up in the forest, Huli Yi brought along his Henchmen two of them who were at the level of mod mortal realm. She was very unfortunate and was cursing at her fortune. She didn't have awakening ceremony yet, she could only defend against them.
Long Shen ran to their spot, but he was not reckless. He stood on a branch of a tree and listened their conversations.
"Its over Hua Niao, we will finish you off today here and accuse your father for negligence of his own daughter, he couldn't save her from the demon beast how could he save everyone from the village" Huli Yi said.
"Huli Yi, even though i might die here i wont let my father name get tarnished" she hissed out
Hua Niao shouted" even if i die here, ill take one of you to hell with me"
As she shouted she pulled out a dagger and launched an attack toward Huli Yi.
The older boy was behind Huli Yi came in front of him and attacked her chest, Hua Niao was only 6 years old, she had a small structure. She few out and crashed to a tree nearby.
The older boy came near her with a hideous smile on his face and pulling his sword he attacked towards Hua Niao. Long Shen who was on the same tree came in front of Hua Niao and blocked the attack from the older boy.
Everybody present in the scene were shocked by this, because Long Shen only 6 years old and they couldn't sense any profound energy around him. He had blocked a attack from a boy who was at mid mortal realm.
Hua Niao who was losing her conscious saw a shadow from tree flew down and shielded her from the attack. When she saw Long shen face she was happy that someone came to save her. But this boy was not even older than her. How can he protect her? She turned to Long shen and shouted "Hey kid, thanks for the help, but i think you should run away. My time as come, please don't sacrifice yourself for a unknown person like me"
Long Shen just turned to her and smiled. And He turned his head back to face the enemy. Long shen wanted to try out his ANCIENT DRAGON SLAYING TECHNIQUE. But he didn't have anyone in the long family that he could use his deadly attacks.
Li Yan who had attacked long shen was stumped. How could a mere 6 year old boy who didn't have awakening block his attack who was at mid mortal realm. He was proud of himself and was a underling for Huli family.
"Hey kid,whats your name? My name is Li Yan. I want you to remember the name of the person who sent you to Netherlands" and he started laughing.
Long Shen said "The dog who is about to die doesn't required to know this noble one's name"
Li Yan was extremely angry and attacked " take my Howling fox saber strike"
Long Shen just casually tossed his fingers and reflected the move.
Li Yan was a proud person. But now an unknown kid from a unknown family who was not yet awakened blocked his move. Which was his strongest move. He thought that Long Shen had ambushed him first time so he could block him. He never had thought that Long Shen would be this skilled.
Li Yan felt something a miss. When is saw Huli Yi's side he was confused by their shocked expression and saw his heart was pierced from back by Long Shen hands. He died without know how he got killed.
Huli Yi couldn't even see the other parties movements before Li Yan got killed. He was scared out of his wits. Huli Yi shouted" YOU....YOU don't know who my father is!!!" and he started to back away.
Long Shen turned to him and said " Should I even care about that? I killed your friend over here. What makes you think i wont kill you?" and his eyes a strange energy and he was emitting a vast amount of killing intent which was so thick that wild beasts ran away from his directions.
Huli Yi was scared out of his wits ran away in the opposite direction. and started calling out " This is not the end of it"
Long Shen knew that he should not have kept loose ends but he couldn't kill the girl also who had witnessed him. But speaking of the girl. When He saw in Hua Niao direction she was blankly staring at him.
Before she could speak he ran away into the Forest.
Hua Niao was shocked beyond words a kid who was same as her age who had not yet had awakening had defeated and killed a cultivator who was at mid mortal realm and older to him. When she wanted to thank him he ran away. She felt so angry she couldn't even thank him. she went on her way home.
Long Shen on his way home, recalled what he had been through. While he was fighting Li Yan he felt has if he was the ruler of this world and everything was his for taking. When he killed Li Yan he didnt even feel a bit of remorse or afraid. It was as if he was meant to slaughter the world. When he thought about the feeling of him going and slaughtering around the world it brought chills to him.
As he saw that the sun was setting down. He speed up towards his home. It was already late and he didn't want a earful from his mother.
Unknown to Long Shen there was a mysterious Dragon Symbol was formed in his Dantain and faded away. But He was excited for the upcoming awakening ceremony and even before checking his dantain the symbol disappeared.
